Silicon nitride ceramic balls can be used for all kinds of bearings with extreme performance requirements: high-speed ultra-high-speed bearings,high-precision bearings, vacuum bearings, high and low temperature bearings, non-magnetic bearings, high-precision ball screws; can also be used for chemical pumps, high temperature used as valve ball and measuring ball in pumps and metering pumps.
It is used in processing equipment to improve bearing performance. It is lighter, stiffer, smoother, harder, corrosion resistant, require less lubrication, and have a lower thermal expansion than their steel counterparts which allow the bearing to run at higher speeds and higher operational temperatures with lower torque.
